Gigi and Bella Are Looking For Homes
Gigi and Bella Are Looking For Homes
GIGI, an approximately one-year-old cat, is up for adoption through The Animal Center. Purrs, laptime and snuggles are what Gigi likes best. On March 9, shortly after joining The Animal Centerâs program, Gigi gave birth to four beautiful kittens. Gigi will be ready for adoption in early May when sheâs done nursing her babies.
The Animal Center is looking to line up a suitable home for her in the meantime so that when Gigi is spayed and done nursing, there is someone special waiting to welcome her into their life. Gigi is healthy and current on vaccines.
BELLA, a beautiful Siamese/ Tabby mix, is approximately 1-1/2 years old. Bella loves to play and is very much a kitten at heart. She is a very smart cat, extremely lovable and enjoys as much attention as you can give her. Bella exhibits some jealousy around other cats and dogs, so she would do best in a home where she is the only companion animal. Bella is spayed, current on vaccinations and is healthy.Â
The Animal Center is a Newtown-based, non-profit animal welfare charity that rescues, rehabilitates and places the communityâs abandoned, neglected and injured kittens into loving homes. The Animal Center not only partners with the community, but also with other rescue groups and veterinary offices to save cats that might otherwise be euthanized. The Animal Center is a 501 (c)3 publicly-supported charity, will help more than 200 cats this year and relies heavily on the support of the public and generous volunteers.
