Enforce The Leash Law

To the Editor:

After reading the editorial last week about Newtown open space/forest association land, I’m glad people have met endlessly about “removing” ticks and deer and bittersweet and all the dastardly things that lurk on our town properties. I am willing to participate also; I’ll supply the leashes — in support of the leash law in this state.... Maybe the town will do something amazing, like enforce it. I would rather have my dog or me get bit by a tick and not a dog
