Celebrated Joys In Life

Jean Baumer, 87, of Newtown, died September 3, at Danbury Hospital. She was born November 28, 1921, in Ravenswood, W.Va.

Mrs Baumer had a way of making the joys of life contagious. She loved painting, decorating, cooking, gardening, and homemaking.

She is survived by her sons, Robert, Edwin Jr, and Frederick; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a twin sister; and her loving caregiver.

Mrs Baumer was predeceased by her husband, Edwin.

There will be no calling hours. A private interment ceremony will be held in the near future.
