Faith Restored

To the Editor:

Never underestimate the power of a letter or the integrity of Newtowners!

We really appreciate the fact the parents of the boys who damaged our Land Cruiser came forward, with their sons, after I wrote to The Bee [“Not Amused,” Letter Hive, 2/18/11] and accepted responsibility for their actions.

Everyone at one time or another has done something he regretted, but it takes a strong person to admit it, as these boys did.

My faith in humanity has been restored!
