PEE WEE PERFORMERS: For the third summer, Progressive Learning Center is offering programs for youngsters interested in developing their theatrical talents. One of the groups, the Pee Wees, have already put on their summer production, entitled Little Americans. On July 28 a group of 18 girls ranging in ages from 7 to 13 â the Drama Queens â will be in the Alexandria Room of Edmond Town Hall for a 7:30 pm performance of an original musical revue for family, friends and the public. Progressive Learning Center is on Main Street in Monroe, and was founded by Newtown resident Kathleen Green. Mrs Green is being assisted in this summer by three middle school students: Jordan Liker and Lauren Mattegat of Newtown, and Brooke Smith of Long Island.
