Support For Daniel

To the Editor:

In June a wonderful fundraiser was held for our 6-year-old little boy Daniel, who has a malformed brain due to a condition called Polymicrogyria. Because of his condition Daniel cannot walk, talk, or eat via mouth. He has seizures and is medically very fragile. I am sharing this again, because I want everyone to know that so far the fund has raised $30,300 toward the expense of a new van with a lift (which cost $55,000) — a wonderful start, which has made it a possibility for us.

And most of all, thank you again to all of the wonderful people who gave from their hearts and made Daniel’s picnic so much fun. We are forever grateful.
