Special Service At The Library

To The Editor:

My husband and I have always been impressed by the graciousness and efficiency of the staff at the C.H. Booth Library.  But I was overwhelmed by the kindness of the reference librarian, Andrea Zimmerman, when I stopped by a week ago.

I was concerned about how best to advise someone regarding a small business enterprise in a neighboring state.  Not only did she provide personal knowledge, but she was able, via the Internet, to make some excellent suggestions, many of which I  have since implemented.  Without neglecting other customers, she spent an hour with me.

That type of service is very special, and I am extremely grateful for Ms Zimmerman’s kindness and competency.
