Waldorf Playgroup

The Housatonic Valley Waldorf School Association will begin its playgroup for parents and children the week of November 13 in Newtown from 8:30 to 10:15 am.

The playgroup meets once a week and features handmade, natural play toys, special songs and a nurturing, wholesome atmosphere. Parents and children from infant to age three participate in circle time, playtime, snack, story, song and seasonal crafts in the spirit of Waldorf. A Waldorf playgroup Open House is scheduled for Saturday, November 4 from 10 am to noon at the Dodgingtown Firehouse, Route 302 in Newtown.
