Potluck Audubon Meeting Saturday

SOUTHBURY — The Lillinonah Audubon Society will hold its next general meeting – this month including a potluck dinner – on Saturday, November 20, at 3 pm, at Bent of the River Audubon Center, 185 East Flat Hill Road. The speaker will be Roger Lawson, environmental analyst at Kellogg Environmental Center in Derby.

“Birding has been documented to be the second fastest growing hobby/pastime across the US, second only to gardening,” says Mr Lawson. “That’s a huge number of pairs of eyes looking at birds. Join me and discover the many wonderful changes that are happening as the result of keeping a simple bird list.”

General meetings are free and open to the public but for the potluck dinner, please bring a dish to share and your own place setting. Hot and cold drinks will be provided.
