STAMFORD TENTS 30, TOM ADAMS 8: Nancy Bowen banged out three singles and a triple to lead Stamford Tents to an easy win. Doris Ratner added three hits while Sue Ormsbee tripled and Maureen Shimko doubled.

STAMFORD TENTS 8, JP MAGUIRE 7: Stamford got tested in this one and was taken the full seven innings for the first time all season. Ellen Gayda tripled while Lisa Pollack, Paget Haylon and Chris Liberante had two hits apiece. Justine Kuhlsaat played well on defense and Mary Ann Fisher pitched well.
