To the Editor:

Newtown voters have an opportunity to elect a very capable, experienced, and civic-minded citizen to the Police Commission on November 8.

Paul Mangiafico has extensive experience in town government, having served with distinction as a member of the Board of Education and the Board of Selectmen. He knows how to get things done and done right. He spent many years negotiating labor union contracts and is an expert in good management policies and practices.

Paul’s long career in senior management at large companies will be an asset to the Police Commission. He is motivated by always serving the best interests of the people of Newtown. Newtown voters will be well served by voting for him on November 8.
