Synergy

The Newtown Health & Fitness Club will be introducing a new Athletic Synergy program designed for athletes, ahes 14 and up, who are dedicated to improving their success in their chosen sport. It will start on July 9.

Athletic Synergy is a comprehensive workout that involved exercises designed specifically for strength, speed, and acceleration. The program will combine plyometrics, weights, footwork drills, stretching techniques, and other athletic movements.

Josh Genovese will instruct. Besides being a gifted high school and collegiate athlete in soccer, hockey and baseball, Genovese has more than 10 years of experience coaching and working at sport specific camps.

The program will run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 to 6 pm. Call the club at 426-8591 for further information.
