Life Line Screening Will Return To The Homesteads At Newtown
Life Line Screening will return to the Homesteads at Newtown, 166 Mt Pleasant Road, on Thursday, September 25, beginning at 9 am, performing ultrasound screenings for stroke, abdominal aneurysms, and peripheral arterial disease (plaque buildup) in the lower extremities, which is linked to coronary artery disease. In addition, osteoporosis screening is being offered to both men and women.
This preventative program helps detect problems early so they can be taken care of before they become more serious. Results are sent to each participant, who is referred to his/her own doctor if a follow-up is needed.
Each noninvasive painless screening takes about ten minutes and is offered for only $45 ($35 for osteoporosis). Discount packages are available. Call 800-407-4557 for an appointment or for more information.
