Rear-Ender

Motorist Kevin Braun, 53, of 58 Boggs Hill Road, who was driving a 2003 Honda Pilot westward on Church Hill Road, stopped at a stop sign at that road’s intersection with Main Street about 4 pm May 8, and was struck from behind by motorist Ginger Meetze, 52, of Danbury, who was driving a 2000 Honda UCL, police report. There were no injuries. Police verbally warned Meetze for following too closely.

 

Flagpole Crash

Motorist Jhon Samaniago, 23, of Danbury, who was driving a 1998 Dodge Neon carrying four passengers, was traveling westward on Church Hill Road and was stopping at the stop sign at its intersection with Main Street about 4:45 pm May 7, when the Dodge was struck from behind by motorist Wayne Schrack, 42, of Danbury, who was driving a 1997 Ford F-350 pickup truck, police said.

There were no injuries. Police issued Schrack a written warning for following too closely. Police issued Samaniago an infraction ticket for failure to have a driver’s license.
