Roxbury Friends Accepting Book Donations

ROXBURY — The Friends of the Roxbury Library are seeking book donations for their annual book sale which will take place, rain or shine, Friday, June 24, through Sunday, June 26.

This year, donations of old and new books, videos and CDs can be dropped off at Minor Memorial Library, 23 South Street in Roxbury, whenever the library is open. Library hours are Monday from 10 am to 7 pm, Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.

Donations can also be dropped off at Hodge Memorial Library, Route 67 in Roxbury (facing the town’s green), on Saturday mornings between 9 am and noon through Saturday, June 5.

No books will be accepted after June 5. Do not include textbooks, encyclopedias, magazines, or condensed volumes.
