‘Unity And Diversity’ Programs Preview

Unity and Diversity, a cable television program that features leaders and representatives of various religious communities in our area, can be seen on Mondays at noon and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm on Charter Communications channel 14. The program producer and host is The Reverend Leo McIlrath of Newtown, the coordinator of Corpus Christi: An Ecumenical Catholic Faith Community.

Programs for the coming weeks are: November 20 and 22, Pastor Kevin Lynch from The Real Life Church will share thoughts on the Church of the Nazarene; and then the Reverend Bridget Mary Meehan will share an interview from her Virginia program, “God Talk,” highlighting the life of Mary Magdalene, on November 27 and 29.

On December 4 and 6, Father Thomas Doyle of Canon Law Society of America and Theologian Dr Francine Cardinis will address the Voice of the Faithful Conference in Boston, and on December 11 and 13, the Reverend Meehan will coordinate a group discussion on Pope Benedict XVI.
