NMS Interact Club Slates Holiday Fundraiser

The Newtown Middle School Interact Club is collecting new or nearly new small stuffed animals, toys, CDs, DVDs, and books to be donated to the Knights of Columbus Toy Closet at St Rose of Lima Church.

A large box decorated with green wrapping paper has been placed in the school’s B-Wing lobby to collect all donated items.

According to Interact Club advisor Bruce Moulthrop, a donation of any of the listed items will be greatly appreciated, “especially by those will be benefit the most from this community service project.”

The Knights of Columbus Toy Closet collects donations of toys and gifts that are made available for infants and teens throughout the year.

The NMS Interact Club collection will be open for donations through December 21.
