The Goodwick/Liazon Leverage MarCom Group, a Newtown-based marketing communications firm integrating business-to-business and consumer disciplines, has announced the appointment of Linda Galloway, of Danbury, as the agencyâs new senior associate. She will be responsible for providing account management, project development, and oversight, particularly for the agencyâs growing roster of high-tech and information technology (IT) accounts.
Before joining Leverage, Ms Galloway served as vice president of marketing for a number of IT companies, including Meta Group, a technology research firm; Knowledge Ware, a developer of application development tools; Datalogix (acquired by Oracle), a provider of supply chain management software; and Prentice Hall Software, a developer of tax and accounting software. Her work spans the development of business plans for start-ups such as Axiom8 to ongoing marketing and public relations activities for SkillSoft to positioning companies, such as IQ2, for acquisition.
