U12 Semifinals

Dr Beck’s 9, JP Maguire 3 – In the semifinal round, Dr Curtis Beck’s Lightning Warriors defeated JP Maguire’s Ninja Turtles. Outstanding defensive plays by Warriors Maggie Kase, Anna Grillo, and Georgia Contois kept Ninja runners off the bases while the Warrior offense was led by Lillia McEnaney and Jess Oliger, and great base running from Juliana Sansonetti. Meghan Logan led the Ninjas with a blast out to left field for a solid double. Caitlin Gibney and Nadia El Hag also powered out hits to the outfield. The Ninjas had stellar fielding by second baseman Maddie Woodard, pitcher/catcher Caitlin Gibney, and shortstop Meghan Logan.
