NMS Names October ‘Shout Out’ Students

Continuing its “Shout Out” recognition program, Newtown Middle School named its October students of the month on Monday, November 5, and gathered the students together for a photo in the school lobby. The students’ names will remain on a bulletin board in the lobby through November to recognize them for their outstanding qualities. Each month faculty members choose students to be recognized, and a card is filled out with each student’s name and the reason the student was chosen. As a bonus, ten students are also selected at random from the Shout Out group to participate in a Stone River Grille catered lunch.
