Bob Collier of Newtown (with his daughter, Moira) competed in the recent New York City Marathon. Collier, 52, finished 14,095th overall (11,009th out of males and 943rd in his age group) and crossed the finish line in 4:24:57 (with an official net finish of 4:24.50).
