Diabetes Program On Foot Care
DANBURY â The Diabetes Club of Danbury, a support group for people with diabetes, their families and friends, features a series of guest speaker programs at Danbury Hospital. The next meeting of the Diabetes Club of Danbury takes place on Monday, October 17, 7:30 to 9 pm.
 Featured speakers will be Cynthia Cornelius, DPM, Danbury Hospital podiatric surgery-adjunct staff, who is a practicing podiatrist at Brookfield Podiatry; Michael Fein, DPM, chief of the Danbury Hospital podiatric surgery-adjunct staff, practicing podiatrist in Bethel; and Richard Gosnay, DPM, Danbury Hospital podiatric surgery-adjunct staff, practicing podiatrist in Danbury. They will provide a comprehensive discussion about diabetes and foot care management.
The Diabetes Club of Danbury meets at Danbury Hospital on the third Monday of each month (except July, August, November, December, January and February). Support group meetings take place in the back of the cafeteria located on the third floor South Building from 7:30 to 9 pm. The goal of the free monthly programs is to provide continuous up-to-date information and education regarding the day-to-day management of diabetes.
