Fire Department Valentine’s Day Fundraiser

Stepney Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1 Inc will hold its annual Valentine’s Day Rose Sale next week.

The event is held every year at the fire company’s main station to raise funds to support the fire company.

Roses will be available for $25 for two dozen pastels and $35 for two dozen red roses.

The fundraiser will run Monday, February 12, through Wednesday, February 14, from 6 am until 9 pm each day. It will be in the tent set up outside the firehouse, at 88 Main Street (across from the old Captain’s Pizza, near the Trumbull town line).

Proceeds from these sales are used to help with prevention programs in schools and firefighter education throughout the year.
