Raymond M. Krikorian, 87, of Southbury and formerly of Bridgeport, the beloved husband of the late Concetta (Rinaldi) Krikorian, died April 4 in Ashlar Health Care in Sandy Hook, with his loving family by his side. Born in New Britain on March 6, 1921, he was the son of the late Toras and Myrtle (Tyler) Krikorian, and stepson of Barlow DeFranco.
Survivors include his son, Richard R. Krikorian and wife, Lydia, of Sandy Hook; two daughters, Connie Rae Fluman and husband, Brian, of Southbury and Myrtle Nickerson of Bridgeport; four grandsons, Richard L. Krikorian, Michael B. Krikorian, Brian Fluman, Jr, and Dylan Fluman; two great-grandchildren, Taylor P. and Payten Krikorian; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr Krikorian was a counselor at the North End Boyâs Club in Bridgeport for many years, and a retired painter for the D.H. MacKenzie Painting Company. He also was a US Navy Veteran of World War II.
Funeral service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Parente-Aluro Funeral Home, Bridgeport.
