General Real Estate Brokerage Formed

After more than 15 years servicing buyers and sellers in greater Fairfield County, licensed real estate broker Patty Gillen McQuail has announced the formation of her own real estate brokerage company, McQuail Realty, LLC.

Ms Gillen McQuail founded McQuail Realty with the mission to assist buyers and sellers in greater Fairfield County by providing market expertise and service not typically associated with the listing or purchase of a home when dealing with corporate agencies.

According to Ms Gillen McQuail, “Many consumers believe bigger is better, however, I have a phenomenal website where you can search all listings from the CMLS, as well as check out of town information, school reports, etc.”

A resident of Newtown for more than 17 years, Ms Gillen McQuail believes in giving back to the community that she calls home. Since early 2000, she has contributed a portion of her real estate commissions to Kevin’s Community Center and Newtown Parent Connection. She will continue to donate to these organizations from every closed transaction.

Ms Gillen McQuail has been married to Matthew for 27 years. They have two daughters, both graduates of Newtown High School.
