Hosts Sought For Exchange Program

Hosting a high school exchange student starting this August is like bringing the world to your doorstep.

Foundation for Intercultural Travel (FIT) matches international students with host families across the US. Families of all types are eligible to host: retired couples or single families. Not only two-parent families have enjoyed hosting an international son or daughter.

Students arrive before your schools start date, and bring their own spending money for clothes, entertainment, and other expenses. They have their own medical insurance as well.

Host families agree to room and board and to include them as a family member. There are one semester as well as academic school year students. All the students speak English. For more information, call FIT tool free at 877-439-7862.
