Program On Avoiding Probate

BROOKFIELD –– Susan Vallancourt, a tax and estate planner, will discuss how to avoid probate through a living trust at a free program at the Brookfield Library on Thursday, July 25, from 6 to 7:30 pm.

She also will explain some of the new tax law changes, how “dynamic trusts” can save hundreds in amendment costs, and how to avoid thousands of dollars in fees at settlement.
