VERO BEACH, FLA. â The 12th annual Vero Beach Antiques Extravaganza will take place February 1â3 with more than 400 dealers from all over the United States and Canada displaying a wide variety of items from all over the world. The event will be held at the Indian River County Fairgrounds.
Only antiques and old collectibles are allowed in the show. Estate jewelry, silver, china, glass, pottery, art, all types of furniture (including formal, country, European, and Chinese), postcards, military, linens, quilts, primitives and more will be offered. Specialty items include Highwaymen paintings, golf collectibles, sunken treasures from shipwrecks, and nautical items.
The show starts on Friday, with early buying from 1 to 5 pm; admission is $10. The show continues Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm, for $6 general admission. Close-by parking is free.
Half of the show is held inside the air-conditioned Expo Center; most of the remaining vendors will be in huge covered pavilions protected from the weather.
