Help In A Time Of Need
Help In A Time Of Need
To the Editor:
On Saturday, May 12, approximately 4 pm, I was riding my bicycle down Church Hill Road and a car made a right-hand turn into the Lexington Gardens parking lot. In order to avoid running into the car, I slammed on my brakes and flipped over my bike. When this happened, I had immediate attention from a nice girl, who is a life guard, and shortly after, a retired doctor.
I would like to thank you both personally for all your help. I donât know how I would have gotten along had it not been for your support and help. You both really helped me and cared for me until the paramedics arrived.
The healing process has and still is a long one, but I am improving a bit. If either one of you can please contact me, so I can thank you personally, I would appreciate it.
Thanking you again.
