NORWALK â To survive and compete in this new era of change and uncertainty requires business owners to reexamine the strategic direction and operating principles that drive their businesses/organizations.
The Entrepreneurial Womanâs Network (EWN) is pleased to have IMP 3 co-founder and partner Penny Pearlman speak about what kind of changes can be made in individual businesses to make the difference between success and thriving.
The event will take place from noon to 2 pm, Thursday, April 23, at the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center, 99 East Avenue.
Ms Pearlman has more than 20 years of experience in the business world. The Westport-based strategic change facilitator has worked with business, nonprofit and individual clients.
Prior to founding IMP 3, Ms Pearlman was vice president, planning at Bridgeport Hospital, as well as a manager in an international accounting and consulting firm. A National Speakers Association member, she has also taught graduate level courses in the MBA programs at Sacred Heart University and the University of New Haven.
For any Newtown business person interested in attending the event, reservations are $32 for members (plus an additional $5 âwalk-inâ fee for members if not pre-registered) and $40 for nonmembers.
