Altercation
Police report they responded to the Botsford Firehouse at 315 South Main Street at about 8:21 pm June 7, after receiving a call that a physical fight was in progress there.
Police said that after investigating the incident, they charged Marc Cartisano, 52, of 5 Scenic View Drive with second-degree breach of pace.
Police released Cartisano on a written promise to appear on June 22 in Danbury Superior Court.
DUI Incident
About 6:09 am on June 6, a passing motorist called to report that an erratic driver was traveling on Berkshire Road, police said.
Police said they went to the area and discovered that the driver in question had become involved in one-vehicle accident on Berkshire Road near one of its intersections with Chestnut Hill Road.
Motorist Scott Yetter, 24, of Oxford was not injured in the accident, according to police. After conducting field sobriety tests, police charged Yetter with driving under the influence and with making a restricted turn.
Police released Yetter on $400 bail for a June 24 court appearance.
Larceny
Police said they were called to the Super Stop & Shop supermarket at Sand Hill Plaza at 228 South Main Street about 6 pm on June 8 to conduct an investigation of an alleged theft there.
Police said they later charged Francis E. Dralus, Jr, 53, of Monroe with sixth-degree larceny.
Dralus was released on a written promise to appear in court on June 23, police report.
