CSLF Introduces College

Scholarship Program

The Connecticut Student Loan Foundation (CSLF) has announced the launch of CSLF’s College Scholarship Program, which will award 20 students each with a $1,000 cash scholarship.

The program is open to all high school seniors and first year college students who are or will be attending an accredited, Title IV eligible college or university (two-year, four-year, or trade school) in the 2005-2006 academic year.

“CSLF’s commitment to higher education has never been more evident,” said Mark W. Valenti, president of CSLF. “Each year, CSLF provides college scholarships, low interest education loans, student loan forgiveness programs, high school/college sponsorships, community outreach, free college planning, and financial aid services to families. CSLF will continue to develop and offer these programs to assist families in making college more affordable,” said Mr Valenti.

Additional information regarding eligibility and requirements of CSLF’s College Scholarship Program can be found at www.cslf.com/scholarship.
