Sherman Art Show Returning August 20-22

SHERMAN — The 39th Annual Sherman Art Show will be held August 20-22 in the spacious air conditioned Sherman School, at Routes 37 and 39, with hours from 10 am to 5:30 pm daily and free admission.

Over its many years this art show has become known for its diversity. Its roster of exhibitors include painters who work in many styles ranging from abstract and impressionistic to realistic; craftsmen who work in many media including ceramic, wood, glass and fiber to make objects both decorative and utilitarian.

The more than 80 exhibitors include photographers and sculptors, all showing their works in an informal setting which welcomes the browser as well as the patron.

Sherman Art Show is held as a beneficiary for Sherman’s Higher Education Fund.
