Police Seek Owners Of Found Items

Police are seeking the owners of several found items that they are holding for safekeeping.

Among the items being held by police are a Black & Decker cordless that was found on Russett Road and turned over to police on February 16.

Police also are holding an Acorn-brand forklift that was found on the road shoulder of Church Hill Road on January 16.

Also, since January 12, police have been storing a ladder that was found near the intersection of Ox Hill and Mt Nebo roads.

Police also are holding an unspecified amount of money that was found on Main Street, near West Street, and turned over to them last November 19.

People who believe that they are the owners of the found items should contact Sergeant Darlene Froehlich at the police station, 3 Main Street, telephone 426-5841.
