About 4:21 pm April 2, motorist Wendy Verga, 42, of 18 Sweetbriar Lane, who was driving a 2004 Toyota Sequoia sport-utility vehicle eastward near 42 Berkshire Road, stopped for traffic conditions, police said.

Eastbound motorist Adrian Dandrea, 40, of 54 Charter Ridge Road, who was driving a 1998 BMW 323 convertible, then struck the Toyota from behind, police said.

Each vehicle carried one child passenger. There were no injuries. Police verbally warned Dandrea for following too closely.
