Longtime Employee Of Risdon Manufacturing
Ruth E. Lincoln, 89, of New Fairfield, died at Danbury Hospital on January 8. She was the wife of the late Herbert C. Lincoln. She was born September 30, 1917, in Danbury, daughter of Oliver and Mary Starr.
She is survived by a son, Ronald Lincoln and his wife, Chris, of Sandy Hook; a daughter, Barbara Jean Moissonnier and her husband, Robert, of Danbury; her sister Marge Lathrop of New Fairfield; her loving grandchildren, Cassie Smith, Kari Pesavento, Tami Burns, Rob Moissonnier, and Jeff Moissonnier; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Whitney and Ella Smith and Grace Lyn.
She was a longtime employee of the former Risdon Manufacturing, retiring at the age of 70.
Private funeral services and burial in Wooster Cemetery will take place at the direction of the family. There are no calling hours.
Contributions may be made in her memory to the charity of oneâs choice.
The Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
