Open House Planned At Ives Park

DANBURY — The Charles Ives Authority for the Performing Arts, a joint endeavor between the City of Danbury and Western Connecticut State University, will host an open house on Sunday, September 23, at Ives Concert Park. The venue is on WCSU’s westside campus, off Lake Avenue Extension.

The program, which will feature multicultural artists and entertainment for children, will begin at 3 pm and culminate with a performance by the Ives Festival Orchestra at 5:30. Admission is free and the event is suitable for all ages.
