In Loving   Memory

of my husband,

Timothy J. Hayes

 October 16, 1961 to

October 10, 2005

Can it be three years already that you are gone?

Still miss you every day, often tough to move along.

It was you who held me up and made life all that it could be,

You did so much and now I know, you did it all for me.

So take my love and take my thanks — they’re what I have to give

But I know that when you died you wanted me to live

To do my best here for us, every single day,

And in my heart I know that you’re never far away.

I feel you over my shoulder with a watchful eye

Or brushing back the tears when I begin to cry.

More days to pass, weeks then months, and even many years,

But the bond we have lives on and on, of that I have no fear.

With all my love,

Elin
