Robot Arm For Fraser-Woods

The Fraser-Woods School is the happy recipient of a robotic arm system donated by Ben Clark, CEO and founder of RP Automation located in Bethel. RP Automation is an international robotics design, installation, training, and service firm specializing in PUMA robotics.

PUMA stands for Programmable Universal Machine for Assembly.

Mr Clark visited Fraser-Woods on October 31 to begin training the middle school science students in programming their robot to perform physical science experiments and to play various games. The science teacher, Rebecca Wood, and all of the middle school students, are looking forward to naming their new robotic friend.
