Village Boutique On Main: Holiday Shopping

Now To Benefit Trinity’s Young Pilgrims Later

Trinity Episcopal Church is planning its Second Annual Village Boutique, an early holiday shopping event, for Saturday, November 19, at the church.

From 10 am to 2 pm, shoppers will find everything from candles and crafts to ornaments and purses, all in the undercroft of Trinity. Local merchants, crafters, and artisans will be offering jewelry, home goods, holiday greenery, candy, baskets, specialty books (and an author book signing),  gift foods, cosmetics, folk art, and health products.

There will also be plenty of hot coffee, baked goods and sandwiches, gift wrapping, and even chair massages for everyone.

Trinity’s ninth and tenth grade class is planning a pilgrimage next summer that will take them to Borderlands Education and Spiritual Center, in the heart of the Black Hills of South Dakota. Partial proceeds from Village Boutique on Main will benefit the young adults planning to participate in the trip.

Trinity Episcopal Church is at 36 Main Street. Call 203-426-9070 or visit www.trinitynewtownct.org for additional information.
