New Gym, Training Facility Opening

The Fitness Loft has announced a planned January 6 grand opening in the Simm Lane commercial complex. The new gym and training facility is being operated by Cody Foss MS, LATC, CSCS, PES. According to the company website, a soft opening is projected for mid-December.

Mr Foss was recently operating a personal training service called Silver Spring Training Center.

The new gym and training center is offering a preopening promotional membership of $50 per month plus a one-time $50 registration fee (not including tax) with a one-year contract. This is a limited time promotion.
