Winter Intersession Courses At UConn

TORRINGTON — Registration for winter intersession classes at UConn’s Torrington Regional Campus is taking place now through December 4.

English 296: Writing Practicum will be taught by poet and playwright Davyne Verstandig. The course will concentrate on autobiographical writing and the importance of reading others’ narratives and memoirs as a way of understanding one’s own life. The class will meet 9 am to 12:30 pm weekdays from Monday, January 5, through Tuesday, January 13. Snow days, if necessary, will be made up January 14–16.
