Newtown Hikers Schedule Change

For those who are planning to join the Newtown Hikers this fall for their weekly hikes taking off from the lower rear parking lot behind Edmond Town Hall on Saturdays at 9 am, there has been a change regarding two of the excursions.

The new schedule (which is a switch in dates) should be noted as follows: On Saturday, September 10, a moderate hike is planned to Chaioala Park in Patterson, N.Y. Dogs are OK, and the hike will be led by Liz Cowan (845-878-6104). On Saturday, October 1, a more difficult but beautiful hike will go to Bish Bash Falls in Copake, N.Y. This all-day hike will be led by Ildiko Gramling (203-263-0086).
