Rhyme & Reason Is Returning

RIDGEFIELD — Rhyme & Reason at The Aldrich Museum is hosting the second in a successful series of open-mic evenings for poets on Friday, November 19, from 7 to 9 pm. Seating is limited and reservations are recommended.

Riding on the success of the October open-mic program of the same format, the audience can look forward to a wide range of work from those who love the written word. Upright bass, keyboards and people from all ages were on hand to enjoy an incredibly interesting and fun evening.

The Aldrich extends an invitation to all those interested and welcomes musical accompaniment, dance, original song, and all expressions of vocal creativity. The poetry open-mic nights are a great opportunity to open up the floor for ten minutes to everyone and hear the original work of area poets.
