Legion Banquet

CROMWELL — The American Legion Auxiliary, Department of Connecticut, will honor its National President, Elizabeth “Lib” Stewart, at a testimonial banquet on Saturday, May 13, at the Holiday Inn in Cromwell. Reception is at 6 pm and dinner at 7 pm.

The major projects for the year will be unit revitalization, continuation of the World War II Memorial fund-raising, taste of the NFL, commitment to Legion Family programs, junior involvement, and promoting patriotism. The special project is Breast Cancer Awareness.
