Nicole and Eriks Griffiths of Greenfield Center, N.Y., announce the birth of a son, Wesley Martins Griffiths, born July 3 at 9:32 pm.

Wesley weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces, and he was 22 inches long.

Eriks Griffiths is a 1994 graduate of Newtown High School.

Maternal grandparents are Paula Hemmett and the late Westbrook Hemmett of St Johnsbury, Vt. Paternal grandparents are Mara and Geoffrey Griffiths of Sandy Hook.

John F. Pendergast and Heather C. Pendergast of 3 Totem Trail, Sandy Hook, announce the birth of a son, Brian Thomas Pendergast, on July 3 at Danbury Hospital.

Brian Thomas joins a sister, Catherine, who is 1½ years old.

Grandparents are Thomas Kennedy of Southbury, and Fred and Nancy Pendergast of Sandy Hook.

Brian and Kirsten Fitzgerald of Canton, Mass., are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Carlin Ann, who was born July 2 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Newton, Mass.

Carly weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20½ inches long.

She was welcomed home by her big brother, 21-month-old Kyle Joseph.

Maternal grandparents are William and Charleen Swanson of Newtown.
