Warrant

Kevin Miller, 23, of 21 Indian Hill Lane turned himself over to police on January 5 after learning that they held a warrant for his arrest.

Police said they charged Miller with second degree threatening in connection with an October 31 incident near Dunkin’ Donuts at Newtown Shopping Village on Queen Street in which Miller allegedly threatened a youth.

Police released Miller on a promise to appear January 15 in Danbury Superior Court.

MV Charges

Police report that while on patrol on Mile Hill Road about 11 am January 6, they saw the improper display of a marker plate on a vehicle driven by David Eisenbach, 36, of 11 Johnny Appleseed Drive, so they made a motor vehicle records check.

Police then charged Eisenbach with misuse of marker plates, driving an unregistered vehicle, and failure to have automotive insurance.

Police released Eisenbach on an $80 bond for a January 22 court appearance.
