Make Sense of College Admissions

Dr Paul R. Lowe, founder and president of BHA Education Consultants, LLC and author of the quarterly newsletter Getting In, will present a free seminar “Navigating the College Admissions Process — The Admissions Maze” Tuesday evening, October 18 from 7 to 8:30, at the C.H. Booth Library.

Dr Lowe will cover topics such as selecting the right high school courses, test preparation, what colleges are looking for, planning visits, financial aid and scholarship information, what to do and not to do with college essays and letters of recommendation, and many other topics pertinent to parents and students applying for admission to Ivy League, highly selective, and competitive colleges and universities.
