Beloved Mother And Grandmother

Emma Petersen, 97, of Woodbury, died March 8. She was born March 29, 1912, in Stamford, daughter of Mary (Surgala) and John Bartscht.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheri Fickett of Sandy Hook; a son, Robert H. Petersen of Au Sable Forks, N.Y; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was the widow of Henry C. Petersen.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 13, at noon, Fairfield Memorial Park, 230 Oaklawn Avenue in Stamford.

The Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School Street, is in charge of arrangements.
