Men’s League

Top honors this week went to Mike Spicci pulling in six points, followed by Chris Watson and Ed Sherrick both with 5.5 points.

President’s Cup

The final match for the President’s Cup came down to the wire in exciting fashion. Phil Cappelli and Jason Campbell were able to hold off runner-ups Mike Spicci and Peter Wallace, winning 1 up on the 18th hole.

Club Championship

A 36-hole final match would determine this year’s Men’s Club Champion and finalists Larry McCoy and Steve Mais came to play. After the first 18 holes, McCoy had a 1 up lead, but with 18 holes left, it was anybody’s match. After 26 holes, the match was all square and Mais was starting to heat up. Mais took his first lead of the match on the 27th hole and despite a late push by McCoy, defeated McCoy 1 up to become the 2011 Rock Ridge Men’s Club Champion.

Family Scramble

Top honors in this week’s Family Scramble were captured by the Houle family, shooting a 34. Second place went to three-time champions, the Gavels, with 37; followed by a tie for third between the McCoys, the Manonis and the Hislops.
